We will endeavour to ship your goods the same day next day that they are ordered via Royal Mail Parcel Force. Should any item arrived damaged we will be happy to replace it within 7 days of receipt, as long as you can provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and goods.
Free local delivery applies within 10 miles of SG5 1HR, £12 minimum order.
All our bath bombs, soaps and scrubs are hand made, so actual weights, sizes and colours may vary. As a hand made product bath bombs and fizzes can have surface cracks and colour variations. The spherical bombs may not be perfectly round. Most of our products are Vegan friendly, however, please be cautious in case of allergic reaction. If irritation occurs then cease use immediately.
Many of our products are SLS and Parabens free, a major cause of hypersensitivity. A list of ingredients of any product can be supplied upon request.
